This writer enjoys regularly cycling and running along The Worth Way which runs from Three Bridges directly to East Grinstead via Crawley Down along the path of the closed old railway line. The writer also runs, cycles, bodypumps, combats, dances and otherwise trains at Crawley's K2 sports centre. The writer competes in county Triathlons and Half Marathons.
